Names, addresses, user names, email addresses, and phone numbers. I collect data when a user registers on the website, signs up for my email newsletters, makes purchases, or fills out a contact form.
Financial data is not collected or stored on this website. I use PayPal to process all payments.

I process the data I collect for both service- and business-related purposes. This includes:

- mailing products that are purchased through the website

- conducting surveys from time to time
- researching future products to offer my customers

What legal basis do I have for collecting processing your personal data?
Consent: individuals who sign up for my email newsletters and/or make purchases have given clear consent for me to process their personal data for the specific purposes of receiving products and/or email communications from me.
When do I share personal data?
I treat personal data confidentially. I disclose mailing addresses only to the post office or other package carriers when I mail a product. I share emails with my email marketing carrier, currently Constant Contact, so that I can use their platform to send my e-newsletters to my entire list of fans all at one time. I share all personal and other data with my tools that back up and maintain my database and files, currently MainWP and UpDraftPlus. My backup files are saved to a secure location in DropBox.
I share names, addresses, emails, and phone numbers with the plugin Woocommerce so that I can process and ship store orders.
Where do I store and process personal data?
I store user name, address, phone number and email address on the back end of the website. The website and data therein is protected by Wordfence security and https secure protocol certificate. I store address and purchase data for 7 years for tax purposes. I store email addresses for as long as the user wants to continue receiving email communications from me.
How do I secure and protect personal data?
I use these technologies and procedures to protect the personal information of the users who sign up and/or make purchases on my website.
I use WordPress security plugin, Wordfence, to:
- prevent unauthorized access, use, destruction or disclosure
- restrict access to personal information
- manage third party risks
I back up my website database daily and all files weekly, with the ability to restore previous saved versions of my website, to:
- protect data against accidental loss
- ensure business continuity and disaster recovery
How long do I keep your personal data for?
I keep personal data in perpetuity so that I can continue providing my products and e-newsletters for as long as you wish to purchase them and receive email communications from me. If you haven’t logged in or purchased anything for five (5) years, I will delete your record.
Your rights in relation to personal data
You have the right to the following, which is accessible to you upon written request:
- access your personal information that I retain
- correction and deletion of your personal data on my website
- withdrawal of consent for me to retain your personal data
- restriction of me processing your data

I will promptly reply to any request you make in writing.
How to contact me?
If you choose to not receive email communications from me anymore, simply click on the “unsubscribe” button on any one of my email newsletters and unsubscribe from receiving emails. Your email will then be removed from the email database in my account at Constant Contact.
